15 day wall clock chimes at 2 minutes till.?

I have a 15 day wind-up pendulum wall clock, Piranha, made in Germany. It’s supposed to gong on the hour and half-hour, however the gong is on the 58 and 28, the minute hand does not float.

There has to be a way to advance the minute hand. If you can’t adjust the hands on the face, try removing the back and there should be a way to make adjustments with the mechanism itself.
