Go to your neighbor and explain that they are keeping you awake at night. Ask if they would mind bringing the chimes in at night. If that fails then file a complaint with the police. I enjoy windchimes somwtimes but enough is enough!! I really like the bamboo ones especially because the sound is not as high pitched. They should be understanding and take them down. i believe wind chimes are Ok as long as they arent bothering any of the neghbors. And in this case they are so theyshould take em down!! and i have some in my garden,
