ADD: If you are on a tight budget, then you should really look at the county parks. Some of them have really incredible rental rates & offer great ammenities.
Best place Morakami Garden Museum. They are beautiful and they do wedding ceremonies and the pics wouold be unbeleiveable.
Well seen the location/weather of your location I would suggest going EXOTIC light colours(like pastels)..at first you won’t like the idea of mixing so many colors but it will all work since it’s a garden wedding its semi formal and your guests can wear really fresh dresses…also if you’d prefer to stick to one colour or "theme" you might wanna consider cherry blossom =)
