Concrete and sand?? What ratio of each?

It depends on how hard you want your ornaments. Your concrete has already been pre-mixed and you will make the concrete softer with addition of sand. Note: Cement and Concrete are not the same. Without knowing how much portland cement is in your concrete, I can only guess at ratios.

There might be directions on the bag for what you plan to do with it. Maybe the people at the home center where you buy the concrete would know.
