Does the vibration of wind chimes, help repel rattle snakes?

I have heard that the vibration can be felt by the snake and he’ll keep away from it. I also heard that wind turbines cause a great deal of vibration on the ground and the snakes will move out of the area because they feel the vibration through the ground. Bats don’t like it either, so I’ve heard.
Any truth in this?

no i think a rattle does
I’d be surprised if a snake would even notice wind chimes.

the snakes i’ve seen don’t care about vibrations; at least not enough to stay away
The answer is no. The snake would not even know the chimes are there. We have them on our front porch and have found several snakes of different types almost every week.
