		<description>A major problem with gluing up glass for outdoor use is the relatively low level of UV tolerance of most glues.  Even those with UV protection built in, such as UV800 suggest painting for further protection.  And of course, you can&#039;t paint the side against the glass and the UV goes through.  I have had fairly good luck with Goop Marine, which has some UV protection in it.
  The adhesives that would likely be most effective, those that actually cure with UV, are, unfortunately, mostly very thin and require exact fitting of the glass together.  
 I make stuff that is fused, but it turns out that much window glass varies so it isn&#039;t compatible with similar looking glass.</description>
