Go to big lots and pick up some purple and orange lights and wrap them around anything with a pole structure or that wont catch on fire. For your doors take two black sheets, cut eye shaps in them so that when your lights are on the eyes glow. Also, carve up a few pumpkins and light them. you could also take red food dye and splash it around (it comes off with water) so that it looks like blood spatter. go buy some really cheap spider webs, and hang them in every corner possible.
