Move the minute hand backwards round and round until you get to the time that the chimes are at. Then you can move the hand forward if you stop and let it chime as you advance the minute hand to the correct time.
Can the hands be repositioned two hours ahead? Some may just be friction-coupled (i.e. press-fit) on the shaft, or others might have a set-screw, or a nut/knob holding the hands onto the shaft. In that case, loosen it, reposition, tighten and it’s all fixed.
If not, you’d probably need to look at the mechanism to see if it can be moved back the equivalent of two hours.
