Definitely the Lily.
A Rose: for Christ (Rose of Sharon)
Palm Leaves (the path leading to the garden)
Lilacs: for the smell
Grass: for the foundation on which we base our faith
Have you ever seen an ‘Egret’ flower? I saw a picture of some egret flowers and they look just like birds. That could represent a Dove.
One of those fountains of a cherub peeing.
Tulips
I always liked Daffodils.
I would recommend using google image:

the images should give you some inspiration. I would make it as much like a natural landscape as possible and if possible use plants you have in your garden.
The Lily should get a look-in because its symbolism for spring and Easter goes way back. Add to that if you can, a few stems of Iris (the symbol of important messages).
