Is there any way to build a custom patio door frame?

I bought a patio door set (each door is 46"x72") at auction. I didn’t realize until after the auction was over that the frame wasn’t included. Is there any way to build a custom frame? Any suggestions to where I could find materials for this?

Unless you are proficient at this type of work I would suggest that you hire a professional to do this. 2 x 46 = 92 inches of open door space for both patio doors. Normal door size to a room is 30." You have a lot of framing to do and it’s going to require a good amount of cutting and fitting.
These are pretty good sized doors, and I’m thinking about cutting into the support studs in the wall. Do you have existing Patio Doors and are they the same size? How much more will you need to extend the opening? Materials can be found at Home Depot or Loews.
Somethings to think about.
