Hello all.I have been searching for hours. I have been buying glass from my local auction. You can go to eBay to find a similar piece and sometimes if you have a common one, you will find the exact piece. But what if you dont know what it is?? Or you type in Fenton bowl and SIX THOUSAND results pop up.

I just figured with all the intelligent and knowledgable people on the internet that there would be a forum website where you could go and post up a picture of two or three glass pieces at a time and everyone would help each other identify what they had. Just a forum for Fenton, Carnival, depression glass ect.. I have been searching for hours and cant find anything. Just empty forums with two or three users.haha

PLEASE post if you know of ANYTHING that might help me. I just want to learn more. I have about 10-12 pieces I want to know more about right now. Its a VERY tricky subject. You can have the same bowl in a different color to where ones worth 80 bucks and the others worth 800..haha.

THANKS ALOT!!
-Mike

I found this frame on eBay. The auction states it’s a Victorian. Is there an appraiser/professional who can tell from the pics? It doesn’t have to be an actual Victorian, I’d just like to know if the design passes muster or is way off-track. Thanks in advance!

I bought a patio door set (each door is 46"x72") at auction. I didn’t realize until after the auction was over that the frame wasn’t included. Is there any way to build a custom frame? Any suggestions to where I could find materials for this?
