If i for example, hold delete in the address bar i get a series of chimes as the little bastard plugs away at deleting nothing, how do i stop this and is anyone having similar discrepancies?
i need to know what genre of music the instrument chimes are a part of..? i thought percussion, but i guess thats not even a genre…any ideas??
I have no idea how the chimes got off. On the top of the hour chimes ring a full tune and ding the correct number of the hour. At quarter past it is supposed to chime a quarter of the tune (half past - half of the tune….and so on) but it chimes the quarter tune, starts over and chime the entire tune with no dings. Then at half and three quarters past it is silent. What happened? Can anyone please help!

Aditya T Is on the right track, but it’s not the one I want. The wav file I’m looking for is used on all JR stations and in many countries. It’s a very well known chime.

My husband had recently passed away and one night I heard very loud chimes at my front door and was later told it could have been my deceased husband letting me know everything was ok. Is there any truth to this and if not… what made the chime sounds?

I know that was pathetic, but there’s no other way to describe it. And, like I said, it’s riff (the thing above) is usually played with chimes or what sounds like the xylophone.
My clock is 4 hours off on the chimes, when its 6pm it will chime
10 times, is there anyway I can fix this myself
I was wondering what it meant when used as a noun. Like, "Look at those chimes." I heard someone say this about a picture of some people and I has no idea what they meant. Sorry if this is a dumb question, thank you! 
Im making a windchime in ceramics (class im still in highschool). I have to make a base, clanger (not sure if thats the official name but its the thing that hits the chimes), and a weight.
As my base im going to do a dragonfly on a lillypad that looks like this:

Does anyone have a suggestion on what i should make the clanger and weight? It has to go with the colors and the theme (which includes bugs n stuff…i was thinking about doing ladybugs but that doesnt go very well).
i have a friend playing in church this Sunday and she wants to put the chimes into the Lord’s Prayer but doesn’t know how many times or where to play it, i was just wondering if anyone would happen to know
