Does the first chime of big ben indicate a zero hour, or does the last?. Example, at 12.00 midnight, does the 1st chime mean it’s now 12 o’clock or does the 12th chime mean it’s now 12. o’clock?
each chime howlong doesit takethe clock to chime at 6:00- clock
there is no feature on the clock to stop the chime feature, I can’t find any setting to stop the chime feature on any program.
We bought it at a flea market but the chiming is off ie; 12 0′clock chimes 5 times. It has a key to wind it but not sure how many turns I should give it.
if a clock chimes after the first minute and again after 2 more minutes have passed and again after another 4 minutes have passed and again after another 8 minutes have passed then again after another 16 minutes have passed and so on, how many times will the clock have chimed in 30 days. need help with getting to the answer

My clock is 4 hours off on the chimes, when its 6pm it will chime
10 times, is there anyway I can fix this myself
when its 7:15 my clock chimes as if it were 7:00 how can i fix it

I checked that out but the thing didn’t like my pc.
I do think he charges a bit too much for clock sounds two or three bucks might be fine but over and the sounds didn’t sound too hot to me at all.
Thanks for the link though, maybe I can find one that sounds great and likes my pc as well.
If my clock reads 11am my clock chimes 10 times etc.
i have read the small booklet and mentions nothing about troubleshooting
We wound clock and now the chimes have stopped. It is still running but no chimes they appear to be stuck
I write music I’m not a bad singer but I dont have the voice I should have but I love to write music and put words the the music I write so how do I get this music to someone that will play it. Here is a song maybe I just suck.

I have found this in a script fro a feature film. I know it is referring to something in popular culture but I am afraid to look like a dummy.
"A clock chimes thirteen times" I suspect this is a reference to some happening in some classic film but I’m just not sure. Can anyone help?
When it is 5 o’clock, the clock chimes 8 times as if it were 8 o’clock.
If the clock says 5:00 it chimes 7 times
