I have a cut crystal bowl, the other week, i was looking at it, and it was lavender. Today i picked it up, and found that it had turned light blue! Any help as to why would be greatly appreciated.

I need some ideas for decor.. One the bottom shelf we have our xbox 360 games and on either side of them we have some candles in a stand and on the other kinda like our junk bowl, but its a nice crystal bowl. On the second shelf we have our dvd/vcr combo player. on the top we have our xbox 360 on the right side and on the other i have a fish bowl filled up and decorated( no fish though)…
We had our christmas cards we got in the mail on the stand filling up the empty space, but now that i’ve took them down, its just kinda bare..

any ideas?
Oh I forgot to mention! We do have a tree( not sure what kind), but i got it sitting besides the entertainment stand and the movie/lizard stand lol

for a christmas present my uncle always talked about how he liked caviar but never could get much since it was kinda expensive. so for christmas i want to get him some caviar. but i dont know where to get it. i want a nice looking caviar not the kind thats comes in a can the kinda served special or something of course not super expensive. just a good tasting caviar and i can probably put it in a crystal bowl.

When I first got them, I had three actual goldfish and the two others were white and a brown/green color. When I first got them, I had no actual tank to put them in and ended up putting them in a small crystal bowl for about 3 months.

I recently got a big fish tank with a filter, rocks and a clean enviornment. And lately I noticed, that the brown goldfish is starting to turn gold and I am wondering if this is because of the new enviornment I put him in? Or if he was just young or something? I am also wondering if this means that the white one will turn gold as well?

My old piano teacher did. And his smelled like spoiled milk, cole slaw, rhino dung, and low tide with a hint of garbage… along with the coffee and crumpets my mother always offered him when he came over. He was gross, had steamy breath and always helped himself to 4+ crumpets with crumbs on his shirt and guzzled down 2 big cups of coffee.

He didn’t even take the hint of the extra-strong spearmint peppermints I so gingerly placed in the crystal bowl above the grand piano. -_-

It was so bad, everytime I play or see a piano, I think of him and his breath is still a strong memory.

My friend is giving me the job of setting up her centerpieces next weekend. I have to float a single rose in a crystal bowl full of water. My question is, how do you make sure that the flower will open properly and how much stem do I leave on? I had heard that you use warm water, but I cant find a full answer anywhere on the internet.
The rose will be a fall color and there will be votives and flower petals around the bowl. This is not my idea, I just have to make it happen.

I am recently getting into feng shui to help my home to be more relaxing and energy flowing better. I cant go out and buy feng shui items… but was wondering what would be good objects to use that I may have lying around the house for metal, earth, wood and fire? I have a crystal bowl with water in it and floating candles… would that work for water in the living room? i need help… not sure what items are usuable…

I do not mind to talk about living expences in the UAE and I do understand if somebody ask about that – but how can anybody know how much somebody else will save??? Does anybody realize how demanding these questions are sometimes? Like: "let me know" , "how much will I save" and "pocket money". Are these questioners not aware that all their expenses depend on their lifestyle which is in their own hands?

What do you think of thi plot line for a preteen-teen book,

Ok so there is this girl whos father told her from the age of 2 that she is to be called Cassie Anne, (no nick names or anything). And "Cassie" (whos real name is Isabel DiaGuaridie) obeys and the family goes into hiding as the Petersons.

Cassie never makes any friends and one day, her first day at her grade school in kindergarten, a couple girls make fun of her teacher Ms. Clearly helps her.

With that the two of them become the best of friends and its the only friend Cassie ever makes.

But one day three years later when shes in third grade Ms. Clearly moves.

When Cassie goes into 4th grade she tries to make friends (dosen’t)

5th grade (dosen’t)

Until the very last day of fifthe grade.

The last day Cassie’s teacher gets a call in the middle of class and calls Cassie out into the hall and takes her into a strange hallway and starts running until she hears someone following them in the dark hallway, she tells Cassie to run a certain deriction and that there is a limo and a jet waiting for her.

When she gets to the jet her parents are there, crying.

When the are on the jet and in the sky Cassie spills peanuts then goes to get something to sweep them up with.

When she gets back the peanuts are picked up and put into a small crystal bowl…who did it?

Then she sees the girl in the shadows and her name is Catalina Harrington (Cate)

Cate says that her Aunt is Ms. Clearly and when her parents died she was sent to live with her.

She says that she has been in spy training all of her life but her parents died and Ms. Clearly can’t train her because she is not a spy.

Ms. Clearly told her to come look for Cassie Anne Petersons dad becuz he is a spy and can train her properly.

She tells her whole story and Cassie finds out that Cate knows her real name (Isabel)

Cassie thinks her dad works in a law firm but later finds out he works for the CIA

Then when the two are asking her father if her can finish training Cate there is a loud crash and the lights go out, her dad disapears and so does Cassie’s mom.

The two girls try to put that plane on auto pilot and succed and then go hide in the planes bathroom, (which is locked at first but Cate kicks open)

When there in there Henry comes, Henry is a young boy who is the son of Samuel Harris, an enemy spy that killed Cates parents.

He wants the Rock of Yullow, which is the rock in which is something if held by a spy can give great powers and wealth and dictarorship.

Cassie has it- becuz her dad brough it back from a "business trip" mission.- the mission in which Cates parents were killed.

The plane lands in Italy…

I definately think the first two are but then the last one has a goldfish in it, so would that make it not still life?

Oh and does anyone know of a free website where you can type in something and then it converts it to a different style of writing — i am thinking like comic book sort of writing found in speech bubbles — which you can then copy and paste. As i have looked and all i can find is ones where you have to either pay or download all this stuff or it won’t let you copy and paste the text.
