I have been brainstorming on how to make a little extra cash on the side of being full time. I work pretty much all hours of the day throughout the the week and weekends. I have a part time security job as well but really dont have time to pick up hours there. I have tried to sell some things around the house on Ebay, things not being used. Nothing really sells. I also have a small business selling home and garden decor and that is slow as well. Any other ideas on how to make that extra dough? Thanks in advance Travvis
LOL, by the way, I am 29 years old, already have a kid and work at a group home so I do plenty of babysitting. A paper route may be out of the question unless I can get a fixed schedule.
I am pretty good at odd jobs as well. I work on a lot of small engine, outboard, motorcycle and vehicles on my spare time. But unfortunatly, I dont get paid for it because its mine!!!
And the big ladies? I guess they need lovin too, but not from me. I have a fiance.

I love decorating cakes for my kids. I am pretty good at the whole icing piped into star shapes to fill in designs, but for my daughter’s birthday she really wants a My Little Pony cake. I found a cute one at

I have tried piping in a single line & then smoothing out, but it hasn’t ever turned out very well. Is there some other technique that I don’t know about? Thank you so much!!

Okay, So i’m waiting to paint the walls teal somehow.

I might be doing one wall that, the other three lighter. Or three walls that, the other one darker. or two and two. Any paint ideas? I have four walls, and there’s nothing unique about the architecture or my room. Also, black trim, or bright white?

I really wanted a zebra bed spread, but all the ones i’ve been finding have been very busy looking, so I’m almost considering sheets that match the walls/or black/or white with a bed spread with a Tiffany’s feel too it, because of the color, like this:

I recently went to a home and garden show and saw a product i had never seen before: a thin granite slab on top of honeycomb structure aluminum.

Now I have a bit of a background in materials engineering, and it sounds logical to me.

Good websites for design, specifications and history on designer chairs?
I am having a heck of time finding detailed specifications for modern chairs, aside from dimensions, weight, etc. I have that stuff. Something like how long is the curve, or what kind of screws are used, or what type of gliders on the feet. I need to find technical details for a bunch of "modern" and "retro" chairs from the industrial period, 40s, 50s, 60s…I’m sick of getting all DWR, hive, and knoll results – helpful – but not enough..have some design forums and sites but still can’t find what I’m looking for. Maybe artists plans for chairs or something.. Most of these designers are architects so I’m going to put this under drawing..and maybe later sculpture..and maybe later home and garden…any info would be great thanks!

This sounds kind of strange though.They said I should receive the certificate in about 4 or 5 days.Has anyone had this happen to them also?and is it for real?I know I shouldnt fall for anything like this.But one thing I did tell them was that Im not giving my information or credit card info.out.She said no credit card is needed.Sounds eerie huh?
They asked for my hubby or me,they knew our address, but they didnt ask for any money or card info.They said we were preferred customers through credit card company we use.They sounded legit.They said I can spend it anywhere online.
But heres the catch…when I asked for more info.they said I should get it in priority mail but they didnt know alot about it.They said they just got the info. from the credit card company.I think they may have my info.and just trying to make me spend money so they can charge me down the line, ya know.They said there going to send me couple magazines I can either choose to buy from Home and Garden or not.So I dont have to give them money.

I saw this product at a home and garden show, they had put it on a car window, and then tried to beat it with a baseball bat. It seriously took like 17 hits before anything cracked. I’ve had my car window broken out twice and am sick of it. If you could help out with any information, I’d appreciate it.
