My patio door lower track has a 6" worn area that allows the roll to get off of it. I have to lift the door a little bit to get it to open or close to get the rollers back on the track. Can I buy a 6 foot replacement track for a patio door?

Please dont be insensitive, this has really taken a big hit on my self esteem. I will try to leave out too much details .. long story short – - One day about a year ago i was "rubbing" a lot … before it was too late, i noticed that i ripped the skin in the middle of my penis shaft on the frenulum. The skin healed back but not completly .. now i have i guess whats like a "small trench" thats like an inch wide from side to side but its like really small going from top to bottom .. this ended up leaving not only like a small "trench" on the frenulum, but it left "a little bit" of the frenulum still all the way on the side still …… UGHH does this sound really ugly ? i have tried using so much stuff to try to heal back the rest of the skin but i think its "done healing" =/ its like not too big of a gash, and i can only really see it when er.. im soft, and not flacid… please tell me your honest thoughts if this sounds ugly and to what extent .. .thanks :/

overall … the "trench" isnt too deep of a gash at all… its about an inch wide… and the width of it is about maybe half the size of a pencil/pen …. ugh =/

I got my belly button pierced more than 5 weeks ago and I was wondering if this is long enough to wait to change the ring. I still have a little bit of stuff on the bottom of it but it’s stopped hurting and the redness is almost completely gone. Does this sound like it’s healed enough or should I wait longer? Also how long do I have to wait to go swimming?

I got my first tattoo last Monday and have been very good about washing it 3-4 times a day, letting it be open to the air for about 15 minutes and then applying a LIGHT layer of tattoo goo. I have not scratched it in any way. I have two questions about where my healing process is.

1) The instructions said to do as I have for 7-10 days, but what do I do after that to keep it moist? Still use tattoo go or switch to a fragrance and color free moisturizer like Keri?

2) Is it normal to heal in sections? I have one part of the tattoo where the scab seems to have come off, very small, about the amount of lead you’d see on a sharpened pencil, and this part looks lighter and when I wash it, a little bit of ink comes off now on the paper towel. Also, where the scab has come off, on the skin where there is no ink, it has been a brighter pink color very close to the tattoo for a couple days now but the color is not red and it has not radiated out. It also is not warm to the touch, nor does it hurt when I touch it. Does this sound normal?

I just inhaled a small potpurri crystal thingy-it’s supposed to look like a bowl full of sea salt crystals, or like little tiny pieces of colored ocean glass or pebbles or whatever.

The individual crystals are about the size of 2-3 uncooked rice granules stuck together. Also, they are mostly dry, but ifyou pick them up, they feel a little bit oily (the actual potpurri oil?). They are crumbly & soluble in water after a while, leaving oily residue.

I was messing around acting like a idiot to show my friend how good it smells and I did this exaggerated inhale & I felt one go all the way to the back of my sinus/throat/esophugus area. I tried coughing hard & hacking (like to get up phlegm) & beating on my chest & back, but the damn thing still went down & now I can feel it "stuck" behind my sternum!

Will this just be a little uncomfortable till it dissolves? Or could it hurt me to breathe the oily residue into my lungs? And if so, what do I do?
YES! I learned my lesson-no more sticking my nose INTO the potpurri for dramatic effect.

I got my Industrial piercing yesterday. Today when I woke up it feels fine, with just a minor pain coming from the top hole. Other then that I have no pain or bleeding.

The bottom hole looks great its not red, but just a little bit swollen.

The top hole around the piercing is red/purple and quite swollen.
Does that sound like there could be a problem, or is it all part of the healing process?

so, on thursday and today i have had a head ache. but friday-sunday i didnt have the headache. my stomach was also hurting a little bit during school hours. i have like 6 acne looking dots on my stomach and 2 itching dots on my heal. sound like chicken pox?

I asked for directions to the closest water fountain and the person I asked pointed me toward the restrooms. It took a few clicks of the buttons on the electronic device to find out how to activate the drinking fountain. I just thought it was a little bit odd that they place the fountain inside toilets in Japan, but as the saying goes "when in Rome do as the Romans do."

Anyone know why of all places do they put the drinking fountain into toilets in Japan?

Its not really red anymore, a little bit tender around my top hole [I caught it earlier], its crusting & its got a little bit of lymph? I got pierced on thursday. Does it sound like its healing OK?
