I saw a guy listening to Justin Bieber today?
He had a bowl cut and everything and he was singing One Less Lonely girl under his breath, his head bopping up and down in sync with the music.

Okay, first I heard some creaking sounds coming from my basement. Then while I was listening to my music I felt the house start swaying back and forth – I looked outside there was no wind or earthquake or anything! Its a sunny day. I knew it happened because a bell sculpture I have was ringing. Is there any possible explanation to what happened?!
I live in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Do you tear up over a good song? And how often? I’m not talking about people who listen to this really good song that relates perfectly to this shitty moment in their lives and that makes them cry, I’m talking about just tearing up over a really beautiful song even when it has nothing to do with anything specific in your life and even when you’re not feeling sad or anything. Is that normal?
I’m not an emotional person, I rarely feel angry/anxious/jealous/really sad/really happy, so I find it interesting that my tearing up to music occurs about 100 times more often than me crying about actual stuff in my life.
And is this a bad thing? I know people will chime in with "crying is not bad, it releases tensions etc, etc", but I honestly don’t believe that. I see crying as you showing to yourself you can’t handle something so you just need to get it out somehow. Sometimes there are just things you shouldn’t have to handle so I totally understand, but doing it a lot seems like a sign of weakness to me.
So why am I crying then? There’s no situation stressing me out that I have to "handle". Maybe subconsciously it’s releasing tension but consciously I don’t feel it, cause I don’t feel stressed about anything in the first place. I don’t have any intense emotions going through my mind when I do cry, it’s more like "damn, that high note was fucking perfect *tear*", and it’s over as fast as it starts.
So go ahead philosophers, PHILOSOPHIZE. Not necessarily about me or yourself, but just on the nature of crying, and why someone would cry in my situation even without pressure or the typical things that people cry about.
In the UK it is possible to obtain a fine for making a noise at night. The emergency services are not allowed to use the sirens after 11:30pm and people are not allowed to play music at excessive volume after the same time. How come it is acceptable for a Church Clock to chime every hour throughout the night. This is no disrespect to the Church as I enjoy listening to the sound most of the time.
I recently started playing my copy of Pokemon Platinum with the volume only slightly up..and today, I play for six hours before I realized I had been playing for so long..I stopped playing and attempted to go to sleep..but I kept hearing the chime that goes with pressing a button in the game..and after a few minutes, the music that happens when you get into a battle with a Wild Pokemon..even now as I type I hear the same music playing in my left ear..the harder I try and focus on making it go away, the louder it seems to get. Right now my head hurts from trying to focus the music away, any ideas on what’s causing this or how to get it to go away? It’s quite annoying..
I didnt write this one. I found it in my older sisters notebook. So tell me wat u think please.
thank you.
The Mist
I sit and stare through the misty rain falling from the sky.
I see the forest full of trees swaying in the distance.
One side of the sky has sun shining through the grey clouds,
The other is the most beautiful blue id ever seen.
As im lost in this beauty the mist suddenly grows stronger
And the music from the wind chimes distract me.
I turn to look at them, moving so quickly,
Then i feel a burst of wind pass me by.
Suddenly the world turns silent again.
Only sound i hear is the raindrops hitting the trees.
I could listen forever
And i know it would never grow old.
Although i wish none of this would end,
the rain goes back to a mist and drifts away.
The birds come back out and look around,
and wait for the mist to come back again.
Since I bought my 2011 jeep wrangler, I’ve always had a problem with keeping the car on but engine off and listening to the radio because the door chime dings every time i turn the music up to loud. is there a way i can fix this?
My husband and I are in a heated battle about his wanting to take the kids (7 and 10) to the Big 4 concert in Indio, CA. This concert is Metallica, Megadeath, Anthrax and Slayer. He wants to go but I’m supposed to work that night, so his solution is "I will just take the kids with me…". I said never mind, I’ll take the night off and stay home with them, but now he’s wanting to take them just because I said I think it’s not an appropriate concert for kids.
Not to mention we live in Phoenix. This is a 4 hour drive and Easter is the next day.
So… please chime in. I don’t enjoy this music personally, I don’t think the lyrics or songs are child friendly and I’m concerned about the atmosphere. Not to mention my husband likes to drink at concerts, and this one is several hours long (course he says he won’t drink) – then he wants to drive back home in the middle of the night with the kids.
Would you let your kids go?
Let me just add — He thinks that because the kids listen to this music in the car with him and "enjoy it" that they would have fun.
I’m not supporting this, I just want to get his point of view out there so the responses are appropriate to his line of thinking. I think a 7 year old saying he likes daddy’s music in the car is not reason enough to expose him to the LIVE show.
my GCSE dane piece is based on time, i need music prefably no words with things such as ticking and chiming. any ideas?
The credits state that Ron Wasserman wrote the music and main title theme song. He has also written several Power Ranger songs over the years.
However, I want to know the name of the artist(s) who sings lyrics and play instruments. Are they a band? Friends of the show?
If anyone know you would make our family very happy!!
PS. We love the Bowling for Soup theme songs for Scooby Doo and Phineas and Furb. Hehe!
any thing that has to do with music for eg:
B- Beatles C- Chimes
im stuck on k q v and y. any suggestions? thank you.
Usually for between 5 and 30 seconds. This also seems to happen with other sounds, like an elevator’s chime or a beep from the TV or a video game. The sounds seem to be more noticeable when there is white noise, but the music is usually the same.
If anybody knows what might cause this/what it is, I would be very appreciative.
Thank you.
I should add, this has been going on for about 6-8 weeks, and started during a very stressful period.
I have a verizon razor, phone and whenever someone texts me it makes a chime sound i want to change that into a song but i dont know how. I have music recorded and stuff i can use but i dont know how help please!
HELP! This has driven me crazy BEFORE the re-run of 02/15/07′s Family Guy episode on Cartoon Network – "Kiss Seen Round The World".
Tonight’s episode of Family Guy is the one where Meg and Neal become interns (if you will) of Tom Tucker’s. There’s a scene where Tom is at a pool and music plays. The scene starts off with the voice of Tom saying, "Hi Meg. You know how cute I think you are . . .", music chimes in and Tom begins removing his shirt. Meg’s illusion ends when she "snaps out of it" and finds herself kissing the TV screen.
WHAT IS THE NAME OF THAT SONG??? I remember that song from my childhood and for the life of me can’t remember the name. I’ve searched the net by the lyrics I can recall, all to no avail.
Here’s a link to that particular scene (clip 3) AND song . . .

HELP ME BEFORE I GO INSANE!!!
OH MY GOSH I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! I’ve played this song in my head over and over for years (when this original episode was first aired). Every time its re-ran, I call everybody I can, as quickly as I can, and put the phone up to the TV. No more late night calls from me! My friends and family will be so thrilled!
Ahhh . . . now I can sleep easier. Y’all are the best!
I’m looking for a few types of good soundfonts that are free.
I really would like to make Tim Burtony sounding music, so am looking for a good church bell, or anything gothic sounding.
I also like regular instruments, from brass to strings, to winds, to electric pianos. Ok with syth sounds too if they sound more gothic or dark. If you have any idea of where I can find some good quality free soundfonts for FL Studio 9 please leave a link.
