In the old days, drug stores used to have soda fountains and milk shakes. These were drug stores like Walgreens. Why don’t they have them anymore?

I used these a few years back when I got a bad burn at work, and they’re meant to keep burns moist while they heal, and it sounds to me like something like that might work well for a healing tattoo. Like during the day its ok for me to leave the tattoo exposed with lotion on it, but I’m worried about at night, because its on my arm, and I sleep with my arms under my pillow, so I was thinking about using one of these pads just while I sleep. Would that be okay, or would it just mess everything up?
