a weak solution of borax and water, say 10% to start with, scrub and hose down , then spray with a 20% of white vinegar and water, increase %s if needed
the solution the robert c gave is good. they also sell mixed solutions at Home Deport or Menards. If you of if you know anyone that has a poer washer the work very well. If will save from scrubbing by hand. We got a good one from the Depot for about 70.00. Its not a top of the line but it works reallt well for at home projects. Friends, neighbors and family borrow it all the time. It has gotten its for sure. Sometimes with the power washer, you dont even need a cleaner
the best way to clean concrete is a 10/1 mixture of hydrochloric acid, just mix the acid to the water in a bucket and pour over concrete, then lightly scrub with a broom and leave for around 10 min before hosing off, be sure to wear gloves and boots, and avoid paintwork ect as much as possible, this solution is also good for pavers and tiles/grout.
Actually I’ve found that high pressure works best, and without the chemicals. Most rentals stores have them.
Pick up an old floor polisher from a secondhand shop or pawn shop. The bristle attachment does a good job using an environmentally safe cleaning agent such as a little clothes detergent. This won’t harm your lawn or paint on house.
