What is the best thing to do for relaxation?

I am like full time athelete, but falling asleep in class MIGHT become a proublem… soooo I don’t like showering because i get too hot and feel sick, and I can’t watch t.v. becasue it becomes star trek hour with my dad… HELP!?!

Put yourself in a quiet place with no distractions. Close your eyes and think of something serene. A beach a babbling brooke. But some very slow quiet music on. Breath deep. Stat with your arms then your legs and then the body and finally the head. There are tapes out there that will talk you through the meditation process.
It’s not a good idea to shower right before bed anyway. It raises your body temperature. Your body needs to cool down before you fall asleep. I do deep breathing when I’m having trouble falling asleep.
I would suggest you to practice meditation, but initially just start breating excersiceby closing your eyes. Do it for 10 minutes every day , dont watch tv , it is very distracting when you go to sleep.Try drinking water. Practice this and after that you can go to this blog for more details
