What to use to shine my stained concrete patio?

I just bought this house in a foreclosure and the patio and walkways are all stained and stamped concrete. What products can I use to bring back the shine and polished look to my stained concrete?

Sealer. Stamped concrete is not shiny until sealer is applied. I would probably contact a concrete contractor and have him apply another coat of sealer as they get large quantities at, I am guessing, a cheaper rate than you could.
