You’ll probably have to tune them yourself, but you can buy aluminum tubing from McmasterCarr.com. You can tune each note buy cutting your first tube to a length of your choice. If you imagine that you have eight notes in a scale and you want all of them in your windchime you can use this formula: where d is the length of the longest tube (i.e. your 1st note):
2nd: d x 2^2/12
3rd: d x 2^4/12
4th: d x 2^5/12
5th: d x 2^7/12
6th: d x 2^9/12
7th: d x 2^11/12
8th: d x 2
The formula starts over for notes higher than the octave (8th) by changing the variable for length (d) to the length of your octave tube.
