Why is it that when there are Black people?

Why is it that when you live in a neighborhood where there are Black people, you cant leave your belongings outside, like for example a bike, lawn mower or a nice statute to decor your garden.
But when you live in one with no Black people, who can leave whatever you want and you will find it there the next day? You can even leave your doors unlocked and nothing will happen.

Black people like stealing things and committing crimes. It’s shame how they were raised this way..

Some people just disgrace other cultures because of their background history and what they have done to their culture that made others still think that they are bad. I accept everyone and anyone and there are people who are like that. My grandpa for example. Oh My Goodness, I just hate his side comments when he sees a Mexican or an African American or even white people. He even disgust his own background at times. I’m asian (filipino), but I am ok with others. I have friends with multi backgrounds and I don’t mind. I learn from them and others as well. And its fun.

Right–that’s why you always see white people on TV crying about "but this kind of thing doesn’t happen here" when some other crazy white person shoots, like, 33 people at a predominantly white school or kills his whole family in a predominantly white area. Because nothing bad happens where there are no black people.
