Why is my top answer count in Home and Garden slowly dropping?

I had a 110 few days ago and now I have 108.

My only guess would be that maybe two of the questions were removed. Check back through your answers from your "My Q&A" page, see if any are grayed out now.
This seems to be a glitch. We’ll look in to this ASAP.
